FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions from PE Operating Partners, CEOs, and CHROs evaluating Steradian Insights.

Getting started

How long does the assessment take?

Typically ~7 minutes per leader. The assessment covers seven execution-capability domains plus industry landscape, and captures both current state and future confidence (12–15 months).

Who is Steradian for?

Steradian is built for CEOs, boards, and executive teams who want a fast, structured way to identify where leaders disagree and align on what matters before planning cycles, major initiatives, or strategic decisions.

Do I need a credit card for the trial?

No. The free trial lets you evaluate the workflow and outputs without a credit card.

How much does Steradian cost?

Plans start at $15,000/year for a single operating entity, with a free 30-day trial for a leadership team of three. See our pricing page for Enterprise and Enterprise+ tiers.

Assessment & outputs

What do I receive after completing the assessment?

You receive an executive-ready summary including your Steradian Score™, the binding constraint (the one factor most limiting execution), category-level signals, confidence deltas (today vs. future), and discussion prompts to guide a productive leadership discussion.

What makes Steradian different from a typical survey?

Most surveys only measure the current state. Steradian captures both current state and future confidence, which helps leaders see not just where they disagree today—but where expectations about the future diverge (a common root cause of execution breakdown).

Can we run it more than once?

Yes. Many teams re-run the assessment periodically (for example, quarterly) to track alignment and confidence trends over time.
