Yes. Many teams re-run the complete cycle periodically (for example, quarterly) to track alignment, confidence, and follow-through over time.

Survey answers are reported only in aggregate — individual answers are not shown attributably to colleagues, the CEO, or the board in standard report flows. Access is company- and role-scoped and logged. Written reasons appear unattributed — though in a small team, wording may be recognizable, so participants are prompted to write accordingly. Where team size makes aggregation insufficient, Steradian withholds detail rather than display it.
