What Steradian is
Steradian is an executive alignment diagnostic. In about 7 minutes per leader, a structured assessment turns leadership perceptions into decision-grade signals — so strategy and operating plans are built on shared reality, not unexamined assumptions.

Who’s behind Steradian
Steradian was founded by Mark Endacott and Clinton Wolf — two operators who have spent their careers inside Fortune 500 enterprises, where they watched the same failure repeat: strategies that everyone agreed to and no one executed the same way.
Mark’s background spans 25 years across strategy, product, and operations inside Fortune 500 companies, along with consulting and advisory work. The idea came from the rooms he sat in: leadership meetings where everyone agreed on the strategy, and a quarter later the execution told a different story. The disagreement was never visible in the meeting — it lived in the assumptions nobody surfaced.

Clinton is the founder of 130 Degrees Consulting. Before that, he built and led growth businesses inside Fortune 5 enterprises and national membership organizations — spanning product management, distribution partnerships, and a joint venture serving hundreds of thousands of members — after beginning his career in management consulting.
How it’s built
Steradian’s diagnostic engine is built on peer-reviewed research in organizational alignment, strategic consensus, and leadership team effectiveness — the instrument both founders wanted in those rooms and couldn’t find. The assessment captures both current state and forward confidence (12–15 months), surfacing the misaligned expectations that single-point surveys miss. We document what the research establishes, which choices are our own engineering, and what we have not yet validated.
